site is for those of you who want to discover more about hypnotherapy
and EFT from the comfort of your own chair. If you are thinking of finding
a therapist to alter or enhance something in your life, then I trust this
site will give you the information and encouragement
you need.
Hypnotherapy and EFT combined, are immensely powerful tools which achieve
great results, but do ensure that you work with professionally, qualified
therapists - check credentials!
I use a complete blend of hypnosis and EFT together, with almost all of
the therapy work I do. I have found this to be the most effective combination
for the relief of many different issues and symptoms.
When coming to see me, you will receive both techniques. The biggest benefit of that is that you experience the wonderful relaxation of hypnosis and the efficacy of EFT. You can start working on your own the minute you leave the session and there are not many therapies that can safely state that!
